Dialysis facility to be launched soon at Bani Hospital, bringing significant relief to area patientsA dialysis unit is being constructed at a cost of approximately ₹1.1 million, eliminating the need for long journeysBani (Samvad News Agency):A dialysis facility will soon be operational at the Sub-District Hospital, Bani, bringing significant relief to hundreds of patients in the area. The process of installing a dialysis machine at the health center has begun, and work is progressing rapidly. With the launch of this facility, patients suffering from serious kidney-related ailments will no longer need to travel to distant hospitals, such as GMC Jammu or Kathua, for treatment.According to information, the cost of setting up this dialysis unit is approximately ₹1.1 million. The hospital administration says that this facility will be made available to the general public very soon. Currently, the installation of the machines and necessary arrangements are being finalized.According to hospital officials, this unit will currently be able to provide dialysis to three to five patients within 24 hours. There are plans to expand this capacity as needed in the future. Until now, more than 10 patients in the area were forced to travel to outside hospitals for dialysis every month, causing both financial and physical hardship.

The opening of this new facility will not only save patients time and expense, but will also provide them with better and timely treatment within their own area. This will provide significant relief to patients and their families.

BMO Dr. Devraj Mishra stated that the dialysis unit is being completed rapidly and will soon be open to the public. He stated that this facility will prove to be an important step towards strengthening the health infrastructure in the area.
