KVK Anantnag Hosts Live Webcasting of PM-KISAN 19th Installment Launch

ANANTNAG: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Anantnag, Doru, today organized the live webcasting of the launch of the 19th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana, which was virtually inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
A large number of farmers participated enthusiastically in the event, highlighting the significance of the scheme in supporting the agricultural community. Officers and officials from allied sectors, along with representatives from various departments, were also present on the occasion.


MLA Ghulam Ahmad Mir graced the event as the chief guest and emphasized the government’s commitment to empowering farmers through timely financial assistance under the PM-KISAN scheme. He lauded the efforts of KVK Anantnag in promoting farmer welfare and ensuring the effective implementation of government schemes at the grassroots level.
Speaking on the occasion, KVK Head Dr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Khan reiterated that the Kendra is always committed to the welfare of farmers.


He emphasized the role of KVK in providing scientific and technical support to the farming community, ensuring sustainable agricultural practices, and enhancing productivity.
The program concluded with an interactive session where farmers shared their experiences and insights on the benefits of the scheme, further reinforcing its positive impact on the agricultural sector.
