Jammu and Kashmir Education Minister Sakina Itoo on Sunday thanked Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan for extending the deadline for submission of NEET-UG 2026 application forms by three days.
In a post on X, Itoo, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC), expressed gratitude to the Union Minister for promptly considering the request and extending the deadline till March 11.
She said the decision would greatly benefit many students from the Kashmir Valley who had faced difficulties in submitting their forms due to slow internet speed.
The minister also said the timely support would ensure that no aspiring candidate misses the opportunity to apply for the national-level medical entrance examination.
