Absconder evading arrest for last 5 yrs arrested in Jammu’s Bishnah

Jammu: In continuation to its drive against the absconders, Jammu Police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR No 176/2020 U/S 379/420/467/468 RPC registered at Police Station Bishnah.

A Police team of PS Bishnah led by SHO PS Bishnah under the supervision of SDPO R S Pura and SP headquarters succeeded in apprehending the absconder namely Vimal Kumar S/o Tara Chand R/o Chak Waziro Tehsil Bishnah District Jammu who was absconding and evading his arrest since 2020.

Accordingly, the said absconder will be produced in the court of law and the arrest warrant u/s 512 Crpc issued against him will be executed.
