JAMMU: In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, District Police Jammu apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case registered at Police Station Bishnah.
A Police team of Police Station Bishnah succeeded in apprehending the absconder namely Surinder Singh S/O Rattan Singh R/0 Reyian Teh RS Pura who was evading his arrest in in case FIR No 29/2015 U/S 279/338 RPC of PS Bishnah.
A warrant U/S 512 CrPC was issued by the JMIC Bishnah against him. The said accused was evading arrest since long after the commission of the crime.
