JAMMU: In continuation to its drive against the absconders/criminals, District Police Jammu apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case registered at Police Station Bishnah.
A Police team of Police Station Bishnah succeeded in apprehending the absconder namely Lucky Kumar S/O Munsha Singh R/O Laswara Bishnah who was evading his arrest in in case FIR No 185/2011 U/S 279/304-A/RPC of PS Bishnah.
A warrant U/S 512 CRPC was issued by the JMIC Bishnah against him. The said accused was evading arrest since long after the commission of the crime.
After completing legal formalities, he was produced before the Court of Law for judicial determination. Jammu Police is fully committed towards the services of the general public by acting swiftly against the criminals.
