A dangerous conspiracy is being carried out by terrorist organizations in Pakistan and occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoK). Organizations like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba are now luring innocent children into the path of jihad in the name of ‘education.’ This campaign is specifically targeting poor families.
According to sources, these organizations have opened so-called educational institutions in various parts of PoK and Pakistan. They are luring parents with the promise of free education, food, medical care, and a monthly allowance. However, in reality, these institutions are indoctrinating children into religious fanaticism and terrorist training.
It is being reported that children between the ages of 7 and 13 are being specifically targeted. Along with academics, these institutions organize speeches, plays, and competitions to promote “jihadi ideology,” glorifying slain terrorists and telling false stories of alleged oppression in Kashmir.
Intelligence sources say that while these organizations’ activities were previously limited to terrorist camps and rallies, they have now expanded into schools. Jaish-e-Mohammed, in particular, is increasingly active in spreading its ideology by accessing government and non-government schools.
A former Kashmiri terrorist who returned to the mainstream in 2010 revealed that these organizations target poor families. He explains that parents send their children to these institutions in the hope of a better future, but these children later become “killing machines.” After enrolling in these institutions, the freedom of children and their families is also restricted.
According to sources, the Pakistani military and government are not condoning these activities, but are indirectly encouraging them in response to declining recruitment and public disillusionment in Kashmir.
Experts believe this is not only a serious violation of human rights but also poses a significant threat to regional peace in the future. Pushing innocent children into terrorism is a deeply ingrained conspiracy against both society and humanity.
