Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday handed over 43 appointment letters to families affected by terrorism and the families of government employees who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. This initiative is being considered a symbol of relief and respect for families who have faced difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, the Lieutenant Governor paid tribute to all the terror victims and said that their sacrifice will always be remembered. He said that the government stands firmly with these families and continuous efforts are being made to make them self-reliant.
The Lieutenant Governor informed that a total of 438 appointment letters have been handed over to terror-affected families so far. He said that Jammu and Kashmir is at a crucial juncture today, where the youth and affected families are moving forward with hope for a bright future and aspiring to live a better life.
He said that the responsibility of uplifting these families lies not only with the government but also with the entire society. “We must ensure that every affected family receives the rights and opportunities they need to live a dignified life,” he said.
This initiative has brought new hope to the affected families. Finding employment is giving them the opportunity to start a new life with confidence and self-respect, strengthening their future.
