Yuva Rajput Sabha protests discrimination against the general category, demands for social change intensifiedThe Yuva Rajput Sabha held a strong protest today against alleged discrimination against the general category in Jammu and Kashmir. A large number of youth gathered to raise their voices and demand the government implement equality-based policies. The protesters stated that the current system is discriminating against general category youth, especially in the fields of education and employment. Representatives of the Sabha alleged that reservation and other policies are depriving qualified candidates of opportunities, leading to growing frustration among them.Leaders of the Yuva Rajput Sabha stated that their aim is not against any class, but to ensure equal rights for all. They appealed to the government to enact policies that provide justice to every class and prioritize merit.During the protest, the youth peacefully expressed their demands with slogans such as “Equal Rights, Equal Opportunity.” They also warned that if their demands are not addressed soon, the movement will intensify.Experts believe that such protests point to ongoing inequalities in society and that it is essential for the government to formulate balanced policies that take into account the interests of all sections.

These protests have once again intensified social and political debate in the region, where a broader discussion on the issue of equality and justice is now expected.
