Tariq Hameed Karra, while speaking on the proposed budgetary provisions, said that there is longer positivity in the budget touching all the social sectors. However, he said that the issue of daily wagers, anganwadi workers, filling up of vacant posts, rehabilitation of Kashmiri pandits should have found due prominence in the budget.
