Samba, July 28, 2025: Continuing its drive against illegal mining. Samba Police has seized six vehícles including five dumpers in the jurisdiction of Police Stations Samba, Ghagwal and Bari Brahmana which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.
Police teams headed by SHO PS Samba, SHO PS Bari Brahmana. Incharge of Police Posts Supwal & Mansar of PS Samba and Incharge Police Post Rajpura of PS Ghgawal while performing patrolling duty in their jurisdictional areas, have seized five dumpers bearing registration Nos. JK21G-9091, JK21G-7597, JK21E-2447, JK19A-3867, JK02BV-2458 and a tractor trolley without No. which were being used for illegal transportation mining of the construction material in the area.
The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Samba Police and handed over to the Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further legal action.
