Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurates Winter Carnival Festival at Pahalgam Club

ANANTNAG: In a grand celebration of Jammu and Kashmir’s rich cultural heritage, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated Winter Carnival at Pahalgam this evening.
