‘Goga’ once again becomes the mastermind of the Gattaru murder case? Escapes from the juvenile home with Pakistani nationals!JNM journalist Hardeep Jamwal, JammuA sensational incident unfolded at around 5:30 pm on Monday at the Juvenile Observation Home in RS Pura, a border area. Karanjit Singh alias Ilyas Goga, a minor accused in the Gattaru murder case, attacked the police along with two Pakistani nationals—Ahsan Anwar and Mohammad Sanaullah—and escaped. The conspiracy began with a fightAround 27 minors were lodged in the juvenile home at the time. Head Constable Praveen Kumar and Special Police Officer Vinay Chaudhary were on duty. A fight broke out between the minors inside. When the policemen arrived to pacify the situation, the three accused suddenly attacked.According to sources, the other minors were first locked in a room to prevent anyone from intervening. The two policemen were then targeted.Firing with a country-made pistolAccording to injured Head Constable Praveen Kumar, the accused were armed with a country-made pistol and opened fire. SPO Vinay Chaudhary suffered a serious head injury and is suspected to have been shot. Both injured were initially taken to the RS Pura Hospital and then referred to the Government Medical College in Jammu for further treatment. Their condition is currently stable.Escaped by jumping over the wall, snatching a bike from a passerbyAfter the attack, the three accused escaped by jumping over the rear wall of the juvenile home. They brandished a pistol at a passerby near Asha Rice Mill on the RS Pura-Arnia main road and snatched his motorcycle. Riding the same bike, the accused fled towards Samba-Vijaypur.Was the escape plan pre-planned?Preliminary investigations have revealed that the rear wall of the juvenile home was damaged. It is suspected that the weapon was smuggled in through this route a few days ago. This indicates that the entire incident was pre-planned.Major questions about securityA total of six police officers are reportedly deployed at the juvenile home, but only two were on duty at the time of the incident. This raises the question of how such a major security lapse occurred and how the weapon reached the home.Senior officers arrived at the scene upon receiving information about the incident. A blockade has been put in place across the area and a search operation is underway. Security agencies are also on alert due to the border region.

The police have registered a case and intensified the search for the absconding minors. All eyes are now on how long Goga, the accused in the Gattaru murder case, will be able to evade the clutches of the law.
