Amidst mounting public protests and internal instability in PoJK, Pakistan may once again attempt to fuel anti-India activities. According to fresh intelligence inputs, Pakistan’s spy agency, the ISI, could be plotting to infiltrate terrorists across the Line of Control (LoC) and incite unrest in Jammu & Kashmir and other parts of the country.
Sources indicate that Pakistan is facing international pressure due to the escalating protests and allegations of human rights violations in PoJK. Consequently, to divert global attention from its internal crisis, it might resort to provocative actions against India.
Intelligence reports also suggest that terrorist launch pads near the LoC have been reactivated. In light of this, the Indian Army, security forces, and intelligence agencies have been placed on high alert. Security agencies are maintaining constant surveillance to thwart any potential cross-border infiltration or terrorist activity.
The report further claims that preparations are underway to spread anti-India propaganda via social media and digital platforms. There is a possibility that previously created fake social media accounts could be reactivated to disseminate misleading information against India.
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has also accused Pakistan of attempting to mask its internal failures through fake propaganda and misinformation. The Ministry maintains that the international community should pay serious attention to the human rights situation in PoJK and hold the concerned parties accountable.
Meanwhile, security agencies state that India is fully prepared to tackle any potential threat and that border surveillance has been significantly strengthened.
