DC Samba reviews status of registrations on JK Samadhan Portal

SAMBA: Deputy Commissioner Samba Rajesh Sharma, today conducted a comprehensive review of registration on JK Samadhan grievance redressal portal, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to transparent and accountable governance.

During the review, the DC assessed the status of registrations on the portal and directed all concerned departments to expedite their resolution. He emphasized a citizen-centric approach, urging officials to ensure complaints are addressed within stipulated timelines to enhance public trust.

To enhance the system’s efficiency, the DC directed the designation of nodal officers within departments for close monitoring of grievance redressal. He also stressed the need for regular reviews to assess departmental performance in resolving public concerns.

The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Samba and other District and Sectoral officers from various departments.
